The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. Heard the learned Counsel for the State.

Considered the materials placed before us, this is a case where suicide of the deceased had been made out by the relatives of the deceased. At this stage, this Court does not find any persuasive material against them as stated by the State. The petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of equal amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the of the arresting officer and further condition is that the petitioners shall not tamper with the evidence and/or intimidated with the witnesses.1 In addition, the petitioner will abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code.
