Petitioner seeks certified copy of a deed presented for registration on June 17, 1989.

None appears for the respondents.

In the facts of the present case, since the petitioner applied for certified copy of the deed dated June 17, 1989, the registering authority will supply the certified copy with regard thereto, in accordance with law. No doubt, the petitioner will pay all costs, charges and expenses with regard thereto.

W.P.A. No.7618 of 2020 is disposed of.
