Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court.

Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Accordingly, the application, being CRAN 1 of 2020, is disposed of.

Statements of witnesses disclose involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotic substance i.e. 5.5 ltrs. of codeine mixture which is above commercial quantity. Under such circumstances and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N. D. P. S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
