Her client has been issued a no objection certificate by the concerned Madrasah, is now entitled to proceed with the counselling, In view of the above, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed as not pressed.
There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
In view of the aforesaid, CAN 1 of 2020 has become infructuous and is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
The letter dated December 11, 2020 issued by the writ petitioner to her advocate on record is kept on record.
All parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
