The petition is taken up through video-conference on the basis of such undertaking. We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge.
We have also perused the Case Diary, specially the injury report in connection with this case.
We are of the considered view that further detention of the accused persons is not necessary for the purpose of investigation considering the nature of offence. Therefore, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioners may find a bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand only) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad with further condition that even on bail they will comply with the provision of Section 439(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further order.
Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM No. 7320 of 2020 is disposed of.
