The disputes raised between the parties, as would appear from the submissions made by learned counsel, can be sorted out by directing the opposite party/husband to pay alimony for three months being August, September and October, to the petitioner/wife as directed by an order dated 5th March, 2019 passed by a learned Single Judge of this court. By the said order the opposite party/husband was directed to pay Rs.70,000/- (rupees seventy thousand only) per month.

The petitioner prays for arrear of three months. The opposite party/husband is directed to pay the arrear for three months to the petitioner/wife. Learned counsel appearing for the husband has brought a cheque to the court amounting to Rs.2,10,000/- (rupees two lac ten thousand only) which is handed over to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife in court today.

CAN 1of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2021 along with C.O.1250 of 2020 are disposed of in terms of the above. This order shall not prevent the parties from taking steps for expeditious disposal of the pending proceeding before the learned trial court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
