Petitioner Mr. Asif Dewan ... for the petitioner Mr. Sukanya Bhattacharyya Mr. Prantick Bose ... for the State The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been falsely implicated in the case because of civil dispute.

Learned advocate for the State is present and opposes the prayer for bail and is unable to satisfy this Court regarding the fact why custodial detention is required.

We have taken into account the materials before us and on appreciation of the fact, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is entitled to privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer of the case.

The aforesaid order shall be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7333 of 2020 and I.A. No.: CRAN/1/2020 are disposed of.
