Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned advocate led by Mr. T. M. Siddiqui, learned advocate appeared for the alleged contemnors has placed an approval order dated June 14, 2023 issued by the Director of Mass Education Extension, Government of West Bengal, the same is taken on record. Mr. Chatterjee submitted that, the order dated August 27, 2019 stands complied with.

Debjani Sengupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed such compliance.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding W.P.C.R.C. 46 of 2023 stands dropped. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
