The advocate-on-record for the petitioner undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video-conference on the basis of such undertaking. Accordingly, CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned PP-in-Charge and on perusal of the petition along with the Memo of Evidence, we are of the view that the extent of complicity of the present accused does not inspire us to release him on bail. Prayer for bail is thus refused.

The prayer for bail stands thus rejected.

CRM 7337 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
