The petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher of Magura Junior High Madrasah, District : Hooghly.
The District Inspector of Schools(SE), Hooghly under his letter being Memo No. 522/SE dated July 13, 2020 submitted requisite papers and documents to the Director of Madrasah Education the respondent no. 2 herein for the approval of appointment of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent no. 2, till date has not acted on the said recommendation.
The respondent no. 2 pursuant to a direction passed by this Court has submitted a report on the issue wherein the said respondent has alleged that the petitioner did not produce the original Certificates of his qualification in spite of repeated requisitions. Mr. Bari learned advocate for the petitioner strongly disputes the said allegation of the said report.
Be that as it may, to resolve the issue the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent no. 2 with all original documents relating to his educational qualifications and proof of his age on March 08, 2021(Monday) at 12-00 noon.
The respondent no. 2 on production of such documents shall dispose of the recommendation of the approval of the service of the petitioner petitioner in accordance with law.
WPA 7667 of 2020 is disposed of.
The connected application being CAN 1 of 2020 is also disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
