..... Petitioners Mr. Arnab Saha .... for the petitioners Mr. P. K. Datta, Mr. Santanu Deb Roy. ...for the State. The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertake to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within forty eight hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. No grievous hurt was involved in this case, as gathered from submissions of learned counsel. The incident took place on 9th July, 2020. FIR was lodged on 10th July, 2020. The petitioners are in custody for 54 days after the arrest took place on 19th August, 2020. The respondent had enough time to complete the investigation. In those circumstances, this is a fit case for grant of bail. We allow this application.

The petitioners will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each together with personal release bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the

appropriate court in Malda. The petitioners must, however, attend on every date fixed for trial and in the event of failing to do so, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioners without any reference to this Court. The petitioners are to be imposed an added condition that the petitioners shall attend the investigating officer as and when they are called by the officer.

CRM 7342 of 2020 and the interim application filed therein are disposed of.
