Mr. Aditi Sankar Chakraborty Mr. Aniruddha Biswas ... for the State. The advocate-on-record for the petitioner undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video-conference on the basis of such undertaking. Accordingly, CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been firstly implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for last 132 days. Learned advocate representing the State submits that there is a recovery of 576 bottles of Codeine Phosphate & Chlorpheniramine Maleate syrup 100 Ml., which is above commercial quantity. Having considered the materials already collected in the Case Diary and bearing in mind the extent of recovery together with the bar engrafted in Section 37(2) of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant

bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial of this case be expedited.
