And In Re : Somnath Ghosh ...... petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury .....for the petitioner. Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Baisali Basu ....for the State Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted that the present application already stands disposed of by a previous order of the Hon'ble Concurrent Bench dated 5th October, 2020.

Learned State Counsel, Ms. Hossain does not disagree to the submission made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. The submission of the petitioner also stands substantiated from the record.

In the above view of the matter, no further order requires to be passed in the present application.
