The petitioner is aggrieved by an order of disqualification passed by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

In such circumstances, I am of the view that since the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai is involved, this Court should not exercise jurisdiction.

W.P.A. 7712 of 2020 is dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
