Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application is wrongly appearing in the list. The petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail from the Co-ordinate Bench.
Therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present application.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
The connected application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
