The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within forty eight hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

This is a family dispute. Only minor injury is complained of.

This is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. We allow this application.

Subject to the above, in the event of arrest, the petitioners will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each together with

personal release bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The petitioners will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code.

CRM 7390 of 2020 and the interim application filed therein are disposed of.
