The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the order dated 18.09.2020 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sealdah, in M.P. Case No. 891 of 2020 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It appears that the validity of the order under the said provision of Cr.P.C. has already expired and as to whether the said order is in accordance with law, the matter could not be heard due to the non-appearance of the petitioners. As none appears for the petitioners since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
