The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of judgement dated March 7, 2020 in Criminal Appeal No.93 of 2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Howrah arising out of an order dated September 5, 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Howrah in connection with Misc. Case No.197 of 2018.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
