The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the FIR and all order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Howrah, issuing W/A against the petitioner in Electricity Case No. 510 of 2015 arising out of Amta P.S. Case No. 483 of 2015 under Section 135/1/a of the Electricity Act.

As none appears for the petitioner since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
