The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of FIR and all orders passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court at Howrah (Electricity Court) thereby issuing W/A against the petitioner in connection with Electricity Case No.509 of 2015 corresponding to Amta Police Station Case No.484 of 2015 under Section 135/1/a of the Electricity Act. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
