The order proposed to be passed in the present revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present revisional a application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner has filed Title Suit No. 10047 of 2014 before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Hooghly, seeking declaration of title and injunction.

The petitioner complains inordinate delay in disposal of the said suit and prays direction upon the learned Trial Judge for disposal of the said suit within a specified time period.

The Courts are yet to resume normal functioning during this COVID-19 pandemic period

and at this stage direction as prayed for is not warranted.

However, this Court expresses its confidence that the learned Trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said suit expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1255 of 2020 is disposed of with the above observation.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
