For the State The petitioners undertake to affirm and properly stamp the petition within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. The alleged offence involved is suicide, which took place on 2nd December, 2019. The principal accused, the husband is enlarged on bail. Chargesheet was submitted on 6th March, 2020.

The petitioners are the mother-in-law and sister-inlaw of the unfortunate victim. For the above reason, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs. 10,000/- each together with personal release bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioners will also abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The application for anticipatory bail CRM 7406 of 2020 and the connected application (CRAN 1 of 2020) are disposed of.
