Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an application has been made before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E), Paschim Medinipur way back on 6th January, 2020 for disbursing pension benefits and regularization of his absence as "Special Leave" but such application has not been considered by the District Inspector of Schools (P.E), Paschim Medinipur till date.

Relying on page 49 of the writ petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that the District Inspector of Schools (P.E), Paschim Medinipur is looking into the matter.

Heard both the parties.

The District Inspector of Schools, Primary Education is requested to consider the application date 6th January, 2020 at an earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from date after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and allowing him to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing. The decision to be arrived at the District Inspector of Schools (P.E) should be communicated to the petitioner by him positively within two weeks from taking such decision.

With the above direction WPA 7761 of 2020 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
