(via video conference) In the matter of :- Kanailal Chatterjee Mr. Kunal Ganguly ....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press for challenging of the impugned order passed by the learned revisional court and would instead pray for direction to expedite the proceeding before the learned revisional court.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.

However, the learned Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur is requested to conclude the revisional proceeding as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
