Learned counsel appearing for the CBI submits that though there is a direction to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party/CBI but the same has not been given to them. A copy of the revisional application is necessary for their records. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of therevisional application upon the CBI in course of this day. Considering the prayer of the petitioner by way of a written instruction duly endorsed by the learned advocate, the prayer is allowed.
