In the matter of :- Sadibul Sk @ Sadikul Sk Mr. Priyankar Ganguly ....for the petitioner This is an application praying for stay of warrant of arrest issued by the learned trial court on 30.07.2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. Warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner lastly on 30.07.2019 in connection with a trial under Sections 201, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. However, due to some miscommunication, the petitioner could not attend the learned trial court since 2013.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and have perused the revision petition.

The petitioner is absconding since 2013.

I do not find this to be a fit case to stay of warrant of arrest issued against him.

However, if the petitioner wants to join the proceeding, he is always at liberty to do so and the learned trial court shall pass an appropriate order if the

petitioner surrenders and prays for bail.

The revisional application is thus disposed of. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
