In the cause title of CRM 7425 of 2020, name of the Police Station, FIR date and sections have been incorrectly recorded in the order dated 6th October, 2020 as "Tehatta P. S. Case No. 57 of 2020 dated 09.02.2020 under section 498A/376/511/509/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code" which should be corrected and read as "Jalpaiguri Women Police Station Case No. 57 of 2020 dated 08/06/2020 under sections 498(A)/376/120B of the Indian Penal Code". This may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 6th October, 2020.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction. The other portion of the order dated 6th October, 2020 shall remain unaltered.
