The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 09.09.2020 passed by the learned SubDivisional Executive Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in M.P. Case No. 1460 of 2020.

It appears that the validity of the order under the said provision of Cr.P.C. has already expired and as to whether the said order is in accordance with law, the matter could not be heard due to the non-appearance of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State is present.

As none appears for the petitioners since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
