+ IA NO.CAN 1/2020 Mr. Prantick Ghosh .... For petitioners This revision petition is for regulating the procedure adopted by Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas in dealing with Title Suit 1244 of 2016 (Suparna Halder vs. Dola Lahiri).

Mr. Prantick Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is defendant in the suit. His client suffered injunction in year 2016 on an application still pending. Certified copy of order sheet has been annexed to the petition. He seeks direction upon trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the injunction application, one way or other, instead of continuously extending injunction granted against his client and not adjudicating the prima facie cause. He refers to affidavit-of-service filed to demonstrate service has been effected.

Trial Court is directed to expeditiously deal with the injunction application, in respect of which order of injunction and subsequent extensions thereof have been passed. The injunction application should be disposed of within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The revision petition and the connected application are disposed of.
