Despite notice, the respondents are not represented.
It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner by relying upon an order-sheet in Title Suit No. 131 of 2013, now pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Howrah that injunction in respect of "B" Schedule property to the suit has been confirmed on 11th February, 2022.
Since the petitioner seeks enforcement of the order of injunction and claims violation thereof by the private respondents, the remedy of the petitioner is to take out appropriate application before the Civil Court itself in accordance with law.
A photostat copy of the certified copy of the order-sheet of the Court below is taken on record. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order. There will be no order as to costs.
