The petitioner complains that the private respondent is harassing him and interfering with the enjoyment of his property comprised of 33 decimals of land. The private respondent is stated to have threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. This Court is of the view that the Domkal Police Station shall maintain strict vigil in the area and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the locale.

Any civil rights that the parties may have, may be agitated before the Civil Forum.

Domkal Police Station shall immediately attend to any complaint from the petitioner against the private respondents in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the main writ application, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
