The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the complainant and say that there is an ongoing disagreement between the complainant and the petitioner which has culminated in reckless charges being made. The State produces the records.

Such records do not reveal any credible material to suggest any serious injury suffered by the complainant.

Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. In addition, the petitioner will comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, allowed.
