Learned advocate appearing for the State on the basis of written instruction submits that, of the 35 writ petitioners, 21 received the benefits under the scheme, the other applications were found not eligible.

The instructions submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

In view of the stand taken by the State, no further interference is called for by the writ Court. The persons who were not granted the benefit are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum if they are so advised with regard to the order of rejection. W.P.A.7820 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
