Learned advocate appearing for the High Court Administration submits that, the petitioner is yet to apply for certified copy of the documents sought for in the Public Interest Litigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner applied for certified copy.

In such circumstances, the department will process the application for certified copy, in accordance with the law.

No further interference is called for.

W.P.A.7822 of 2020 is disposed of.
