Considering the report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Salar Police Station, Murshidabad and having regard to the fact that the mobile phone has not yet been recovered, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

However, we direct the concerned Court to expedite the trial since the charge sheet has already been submitted. The application for bail being C.R.M. 7457 of 2020 is dismissed.
