The petitioner appears in person. By an order dated November 18, 2021 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble High Court it was observed that the petitioner required legal assistance.

The petitioner appearing in person submits that such legal assistance was sought, but the learned advocate engaged in the matter could not represent his case in Court since he was otherwise engaged. The learned advocate appearing in this matter is requested to assist the petitioner, in the event he is approached by the petitioner, for legal assistance.

The petitioner also submits that several documents have become irrelevant in the present proceeding. He prays for leave to withdraw the present writ petition, being WPA 7832 of 2020 along with the connected applications therewith.

Mr.

Bhattacharyya, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/NTPC Limited submits that he has no objection to such a prayer of the petitioner.

In the circumstances, WPA 7832 of 2020 along with CAN 1 of 2020, CAN 2 of 2021, CAN 3 of 2021 and CAN 4 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
