CRAN 2 of 2022 has been filed praying for modification and relaxation of this Court's order dated 8.10.2021 granting bail to the petitioner. The relief prayed for before this Court was initially for stay of the warrant of arrest. The petitioner now prays for relaxation of condition of bail.

As the matter is ready for hearing, let the matter be fixed for hearing along with CRAN 2 of 2020 at the top of the list for hearing.
