The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for setting aside the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, in Misc. Case No.05/2019 u/s 408 of Cr.P.C arising out of Sonamukhi P.S Case No.42/2019 corresponding to G.R No.230/19 u/s 498A/423/506/34 of IPC read with Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
