C.R.M. 7468 of 2020 With CRAN 1 of 2020 (Via Video conference) In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in connection Jalangi Police Station Case No. 273 of 2020 dated 02.07.2020 under Sections 341/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patel ...for the State The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertake to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within forty eight hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

A family dispute is involved in this case. No serious injury is involved. The incident took place on 2nd July, 2020. No arrest has been made as yet.

Considering the above circumstances, we allow the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. CRM 7468 of 2020 and the interim application filed therein are disposed of.
