Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as he was last seen together with the deceased and incriminating articles namely, wearing apparels of the deceased were recovered pursuant to his leading statement, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
