Mr. Rana Mukherjee Ms. S. Das ..For the State. The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail after its earlier rejection on 11th June 2020.

Considering the materials on record and the order passed by a coordinate Bench on 11th June 2020, we find that there has been no substantial change in the circumstances after such order of rejection Under such circumstances, application for bail being CRM 7492 of 2020 is rejected.
