Bandyopadhyay ...for the State Re : CAN No. 2 of 2022 With CAN No. 3 of 2022 It is submitted by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties that in the order dated December 02, 2021, the authority responsible for disposing of the representation submitted by the petitioner should be the 1st respondent instead of 3rd respondent.

Accordingly, in page 3 of the order dated December 02, 2021 the 3rd respondent be read as 1st respondent. In view of such correction the petitioners shall be at liberty to submit the representation as directed in the said order within a period of fortnight from date and such representation shall be considered by the 1st respondent

within a period of two months from the date of receipt thereof.

The order be corrected accordingly.

The Department is directed to make the correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated December 02, 2021.

The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

CAN No. 2 of 2022 and CAN No. 3 of 2022 are disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
