The petitioner files the present writ petition for a direction upon the respondent authorities to consider and take a decision in accordance with law in respect of the petitioner's representation through his learned Advocate on 6th July, 2020 for delayed payment of gratuity and pension.

Considering the submission of the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and after perusing the records, I direct the concerned respondent authority to consider and take a decision in respect of the petitioner's representation through his learned Advocate dated 6th July, 2020 within eight weeks and thereafter communicate the decision to the petitioner within one week.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon the usual undertakings.
