The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner says that despite the previous prayer being rejected nearly a year back, such prayer has been renewed. The State says that since the petitioner is absconding, large quantity of the stolen goods have not yet been recovered. Considering the charges against the petitioner and his conduct, his immediate reprieve is not called for. The petitioner should report to the Investigating Officer and surrender before being qualified to obtain regular bail.

CRM 7505 of 2020 is disposed of.
