None appears for the State despite notice.

Since the petitioner applied for mutation and is yet to be decided, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no. 6 to consider and decide the application for mutation being case no. AMN/2019/0609/8674 filed on October 17, 2019, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no. 6 will afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The respondent no. 6 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that it deems necessary. The respondent no. 6 will communicate its reasoned order to the affected parties by such order.

WPA No. 7898 of 2020 is disposed of without any

order as to costs.
