Learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits, on instruction, that, the police received three complaints from the petitioner. The first two complaints resulted in charge sheet being filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The third complaint was enquired into and a prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code submitted.

In the facts of the present case, since police took steps as noted above, no further interference is called for by the writ Court.

WPA 7905 of 2020 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
