The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. The petitioner claims to have been falsely implicated in a murder case.

The State refers to material from the case diary which indicates that there may be substance in the charges brought against the petitioner. At any rate, the prayer was refused by this court by an order of June 2, 2020 in CRM 3516 of 2020. The petitioner does not cite any subsequent changed circumstances except that other co-accused persons have been granted bail.

It does not appear that anyone else standing on the same footing as the same petitioner has obtained bail since the rejection of the petitioner's last prayer of June 2, 2020. The present prayer is declined.
