Petitioner seeks a direction upon the distribution company not to install a transformer in front of the gate of the shop room of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the distribution company submits that, during the pendency of the writ petition a meeting was held between the petitioner, distribution company and the private respondent whereupon the initial proposal to install the transformer in front of the gate of the petitioner was modified. A new sketch map was drawn up. Sketch map was signed by the son of the petitioner and the promoter. Photocopy of the site plan handed

over to Court on behalf of the distribution company be kept with record.

In such circumstances, no further interference is called for at this stage.

W.P.A.7907 of 2020 is disposed of.
