None appears for the respondents despite service. Since an application dated February 20, 2020 seeking transfer of permit is yet to be decided by the Regional Transport Authority, Hooghly, it would be appropriate to request the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated February 20, 2020, in accordance with law.

The respondent no.2 will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The respondent no.2 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents as deemed fit and appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which he will communicat to the parties affected by such order. It is expected that, the

entire exercise is completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. WPA 7910 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
