In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the prayer for approval of panel as made by the College as expeditiously as possible and particularly within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Respondent no.2 will intimate its decision to the petitioner and the College Authorities.
